THE INVASION:
Sometimes as a parent the grown children boomerang right back into the nest.
They are back!!!!!!!
3 20's somethings and 2 dogs equals 4 in their 20's, one who stops in for dinner, 4 dogs and total chaos. And me.
Now the fun stuff is how they all get along. The dogs are wild and it's a constant fun experience to see at feeding time.
The cat got forgotten outside on the porch with the door left open. He roamed all night and came home for food this morning.
But hey, he got cantaloupe as a treat for being left out in the rain. Izzie is getting solo walks for a treat and Shiloh is getting a break by car trips. The kids 2 dogs are looking forlorn and trying to escape.
Now peace reigns for a few hours as they are all at their jobs and the gym. Now for dinner someone other than Mom is going to the grocery store and planning dinner. With their own debit card. Mine does have it's limit.
We won't even get into how much blended furniture is in my living room, my bedrooms and any where else they can fit stuff that didn't fit into the POD. The good news is they are actively looking for another house. I love these kids and dinner time is fun. Everyone eats together. My daughter is actually enjoying the invasion and tolerating it well. To a point. I do believe when her shampoo and conditioner goes down. All bets are off. And when she went to escape into the privacy in her room. Her brother was on her bed. Feet up on her exercise ball yapping on the phone with his girlfriend in Denver. Her patience was getting thinner. Then he camped out on her floor on her computer. Now I have 5 lap tops in this house. They all work.
Are we having fun yet? My privacy is GONE!!!!!!!! I had to take down my pull up bar so my bathroom door closes. Not an issue when it's just me using the bathroom in my room. And this rain is just not ending any time soon.
Time to get back to supervising the zoo before the puppy gets into anything else.
Have an awesome day!!!

hi carol, i was just thinking about you--how i hadn't heard from you. was going to post on your blog; then i came into the room and saw you had posted on my blog. i'm glad all is well with you. hopefully, they won't have a hard time finding a place. sometimes i'd like to have some noise in my place since it's just me, but then sometimes i'm glad it's just me. we could use a little of that rain here. we've had very little rain this summer, and we're still low from september. no rain in sight, according to the weather people. take care, and have a good nite.
hello carol! Thanks for your visit and you're very wellcome to come again anytime!
big kiss :)))
i hope you get some sunshine today so you can ride carol. i know it's a bummer when it just rains and rains and rains, although we could use a little bit of rain here. you have an admirer, it looks like. go carol, go carol, go carol! lol
hi carol,
was blogger giving you some problems this morning? you had mentioned it being a challenge to leave a message everywhere you stop on the blog.
you look like you're already in shape, but it's good to work out anyway. that was nice meeting your friend today for lunch. i love hanging out with girlfriends. what'd you have for lunch?
Hey girl,
I ended up going to lunch with the kids. Hooters of all places. Then off to pick up the keys for their new house. They are moving into a brand new house. Never lived in before. Nice and big. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. They are moving in tomorrow.
The gym was good. The trainer was over an hour late. Carol was not a happy girl. I now have another session for free tomorrow. I asked if he would be on time? I was well into my work out by the time he finally finished with the other person. Who was late.
Sorry for your computer issues. I have thought that all servers are slow right now. Down here too!
Have an awesome weekend.
Carol

no carol, i wasn't having computer problems. you had left a message on my blog about having some challenges leaving messages, so i thought perhaps blogger was having problems.
seems like today is going to be a slow day here. hot, humid, a little cloudy. today will be a busy day for you though since it's moving day. that should be extra exciting since it's a brand new home. it's big too. have fun!
HI Carol,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. It's always great to meet new people, and, of course, have them leave comments.
I read all your posts. I'll be back for more. Have a great Sunday.
Hey that's fun. Everybody including the pets do their own things. You just have to be a little patient with the little inconvenience that shared happenings bring. But it's always enjoyable for everybody. Smile. God bless and have a nice and pleasant day.
Wanted: search for this man photographed sexually abusing children
INTERPOL is seeking the help of the public to try to identify this man, photographed sexually abusing children in a series of images posted on the Internet.
The photos shown here are from a series of around 200 pictures involving 12 different young boys, believed to have been taken in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2002 or 2003.
These pictures have been produced by specialists from Germany’s federal police force, the Bundeskriminalamt, working from originals found on the Internet, which had been digitally altered to disguise the man’s face.
Extensive police efforts worldwide to identify the man have so far failed and Interpol is now enlisting the support of the media and the public to help identify him as a priority.
Anyone with information on his identity or whereabouts should contact their local police or INTERPOL’s Trafficking in Human Beings Unit via email.
