Just a little something thats on my refrigerator.

LIVE WITH INTENTION.

WALK TO THE EDGE.

LISTEN HARD.

PRACTICE WELLNESS.

PLAY WITH ABANDON.

LAUGH.

CHOOSE WITH NO REGRET.

CONTINUE TO LEARN.

APPRECIATE YOUR FRIENDS.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE.

LIVE AS IF THIS IS ALL THERE IS.

hi carol, i agree with wanda. refrigerators are good hanging places.

have you put your photos up in the other places yet?

what's your weather like there? we're having a little heat wave. i wonder if after this, if we'll have any more hot weather, or will autumn weather come in and stay.

Beautiful and very practical reminders. I'm more interested in what's inside the fridge. He, he, *lol* There may be some cake inside. He, he, *lol* Smile. Have a nice and blessed day.

Hi Sylvia,
IT'S RAINING. FINALLY. We have been so dry it's not funny. Now I loved riding every day. And ride and ride and I took a ton of pictures. But. We need the rain.
So this weeks rain is way over due for South Florida and the Keys. So my bike is covered for the time being.
I have hung my pictures up around my house and at my hairdressers salon. Upscale in the Yachting community. But she's reasonable. It's the very slow season down here. So no hurry.

Mel: Cake. I want cake. Count me in. We'll have plenty of cake this weekend for my daughters 26th birthday. She wants a beach day with family and friends. But I don't believe the weather will cooperate. So I see a home full of people celebrating her life. I think a little kids birthday party is in order. Pin the tail on the donkey. Twister, sharades. Should prove interesting.

Have an awesome day.

I had a wonderful day.. then had cinnamon rolls with melted butter all over them in bed with bryon last night for a snack...
it is really AUTUMN here and we are expecting more snow on the mountains again..
My daughters are sending halloween costumes for us to decide on, I think shaggy and Velma have won the choice so far.
I am sure you will have a great party this weekend Carol..
and yes keep listening to your inner voice, it also will either make the hair on the back of your neck stand up, the goose pimples raise on your body, or your heart go pitter, patter... lol... you will know when the time is right~
love ya...
hugs Wanda

Hi Wanda,
Maybe I should try to post it from my daughters computer.
It's very rainy today. So I am just going to rearrange my place to make room for the kids that are moving in this weekend.
That will add 3 people and 2 dogs o my place. Yikes. But I am the Mom. It should only be for a few weeks.

Have a spectacular fall day.
Carol

enjoy your weekend carol. i know your daughter will have a memorable birthday. we're having temps near 90 degrees today; just too hot. i'm definitely ready for cooler temps now, but not complaining because when the cold hits, i'll be missing the heat. *lol*

Hi Sylvia,
I am so not ready. Today turned out to be gorgeous. So you know the cover came off the bike. Up to the beach I went for breakfast at my favorite Italian place, then I raced home and put my pictures in the car. They are now hanging at my favorite Italian place on the beach for a busy weekend. The owner wanted them up/ he's been a friend for years.
I am cleaning out my closet and reorganizing it right now. My son needs my other one for his clothes. Then I need to clean out the other rooms closet for the adopted son and his girlfriend so they have room. Yikes.
But It is so nice out I feel the need for a ride again. I can always fix the closet and watch tv later. ;-} They are moving in on Saturday. Which means Sunday is just a birthday day for my daughter. That will be the fun weekend day.

Time for a quick ride.
Carol

enjoy your ride carol. i think i'd like to have a place on the beach. even if i didn't have anything special to do, just being on the waterfront would always be spectacular.

do you eat an italian breakfast or just order regular food when you do breakfast at the italian restaurant? i don't eat cheese, but i love italian spaghetti and chicken cachatorie (sp?).

glad you've had a good day. have a good evening and weekend. chat with you later on.

oh, by the way, i knew you weren't referring to me and you as the fanatics on andre's blog. good discussion over there. thanks for your sharing.

beachgirl said...

silly girl, of course I wasn't referring to you.

I am a total carb junkie. So breakfast this morning was whole wheat french toast with hash browns (the real potato type) and link sausage. Then I had a meatball sub for lunch because I was back down there hanging up my photos. Tonight was boritos at the kids house.
So I had a good food day. Thats a lot of food for me.

I did go for a ride to the kids house tonight. Just checking on their progress.

I find the beach to be peaceful. It lifts my spirits for sure.

Have an awesome night.

i've never had whole wheat french toast, though i absolutely love french toast. we have 'texas toast' bread here, which is a thick bread, and that's what i use to make my french toast. it's white bread even though i don't eat white bread. i eat pepperidge farm light-style oatmeal bread, but it's too thin for french toast.

Whole wheat french toast is just whole wheat bread. My friend Walter tries to eat really healthy. It's funny> I stop in when he's cooking and he tells me what I'm having for breakfast. Usually whatever he feels like eating. But we have very similar tastes in food. Which is good.
Today I need to go pick up my daughters birthday flowers. Calla lillies. One of my friends has a florist and he has them always. I'm sure some roses will make their way into the house too.
Time to make room for the kids to arrive en mass tomorrow.

Have an awesome day.

Food wow~ I love it all.. yesterday I made Ham and Cheese omlettes with hasbrowns and toast, last night we had chili dogs with fritos the day before i had made tacos then we had chicken strips with onion rings for dinner, I am telling you I think I am trying to get fat for the winter months that have arrived early! Bryon says he has never eatin so well, I had also mad a fruit salad with marshmellows, raspberries, raspberry jello and whip cream, really good stuff all whipped together.. and of course I told you about the cinnamon rolls with melted butter in bed for desert the night before right? yep.. I am really not skipping any meals around here..lol..
so it looks like Bryon has a very busy day planned, and you do too.. me well i guess I am going to play super colapse on the computer and try to stay warm, we have a storm front coming in that will bring 2-4" of snow in some places and up to 8" of snow on the passes...
have a great weekend!
have a wonderful day~ I hope someone buys your photos, that would be a bonus!
hugs,
Wanda
